Above is a picture of most of the gang (minus James who plays Jovan – he was at another theatre on the other side of town) at the premiere of Episode 1: The Phantom Menace at our local Theatre. Each shirt is of a different character and has the words “He’s (or She’s) doing it…”. This was placed above the character picture, and then below the picture is what each character was doing it for. Tanlee was doing for the Force, Kobe for Revenge, Ace for the game, Gan for the Hunt, and Ledala for the adventure. My shirt has the picture that you see when you first enter the Chronicles Web Site.

Obviously I got the idea from the promotional movie posters for the film Armageddon. Once I completed the shirts, I handed them out to the players as they arrived at my house prior to the film. Once they saw them, they were more than happy to proudly wear them. We had a large number of compliments from the crowds in line (we were at the front), and when you see the back of the shirts…



…you can see why we had lots of people coming up and either asking what it was all about, or were writing down the web site for perusal after the film. Great promotion, and a fantastic way to introduce people to the world of Role Playing. Needless to say it was a hit – shame about the film. Next stop – Polo Shirts for conventions.
