Special Abilities:
Starship Design: The Kaldra have been known throughout small parts of the Empire as great technical designers. When a Kaldra attempts to modify or repair any technical system or device, all difficulties are reduced by 1 level. Also, when a Kaldra rolls Heroic (unmodified by Force Points, Character Points, etc), the system or device may be bettered by +1 pip of damage, effect etc without incurring jury-rigged modifiers.
Sight: All Kaldra have the ability to see into the infra-red spectrum. When in sight obscuring circumstances, Kaldra suffer no Perception penalties.
Story Factors:
Rebellion Ties: The Kaldra have been forced into hard labour by the Empire and their Supreme Director, Kruxx Borg. Most of the Kaldra are part of the Sarnikalon Resistance Force (SRF), under the command of Midge Dankwater. The SRF has now been incorporated into the Fakir Sector Force and most player character Kaldra will have some connection with this SecForce.
