STAR WARS: The Moon Swing Chronicles
The first thing Vi can remember is being woken up by the armour clad rebel officer, Uthar Blaze. His life before – not just a blur, a complete lack thereof. It all started when Ulthar “woke” him up in the middle of a what appeared like a med-bay, which seemed as if it had been involved in some type of attack. Equipment was strewn all over the place, and bodies lay about. Some dressed in black, while others appeared to be technicians of some kind. The area where Vi was located was found to be part of an Imperial research facility located on the planet of Mitus. Vi can’t remember how he got there, or even the reason why he was there.
Ulthar and his second in command Lieutenant Michael Pollard, and a group of 4 other rebel commandos helped Vi back to their ship. Ulthar and his team were in a rush to get back to the ship to avoid the Imperial Commandoes who were hot on their tails.
After leaving Mitus, you were taken to the closest rebel base. Tests of all kinds were performed on Vi, both physical, and psychological. He surmised that this was normal procedure, considering the mystery surrounding his existence. He did not know why, but one of the people from Ulthar’s team, Michael Pollard seemed to trust him, and even became a good friend while he was being tested. It was found there was nothing wrong with Vi which may have caused his amnesia. It was also discovered that no record existed of Vi’s existance.
Since that time Vi occasionally remembers different things about the facility – the face of an Imperial officer here; a flash of a training session there; but not enough to pin point anything. Till this day, Vi’s whole life could just as well have been a dream. Vi’s only clear recollection was that he was part of the Imperial Scouting Corp, and that he was an officer – a Lieutenant, and that he was training for a very important exploratory mission into the unknown regions. Due to the fact that the Unknown Regions are heavily unexplored, Alliance intelligence seemed interested. Could Vi be a spy who had been completely brainwashed. Alliance Intelligence had seen things similar to this, but had never found any evidence to support it. Unfortunately Vi could not remember anything, and is the reason why Alliance officials took so long to trust him.
That was 4 years ago. After a that, Vi was accepted, although he was under constant surveillance. Vi decided to enlist in the Rebellion, to work as a scout and to gain the trust of the Alliance.
Vi did not know why. Could it have been that during the psychological tests he was subjected to the images of what the Empire was doing to countless worlds across the galaxy, or could it have been that somehow he felt he could not go back to something which had become such a mystery. Perhaps he was even afraid of his past.
Eventually, the commander of your base decided to have Vi enlisted as a candidate for inclusion in the Mission Group Project. Vi was sent to a training facility on Ksift, a system in the Mortex Sector. After a few months of training, he was sent to the Fakir Sector Force Fleet. There Vi was introduced to Mission Group Alpha, and soon after became a member.
Vi did leave Mission Group Alpha after coming too close at times to death. Wanting a little more prestige, and capital, Vi took on the role of bartender at The Wyvern, a small tavern which operates out of the Dragon’s Lair, home of Dragon Squadron. From here, Vi believes that he can corner the market, and still hear about the action. He has become close friends with Gaaliette and Gelloron, and runs things while they are away.
